By completing a purchase with Immortal Archives, the buyer explicitly agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before finalizing your transaction.

1. All Sales Are Final

Immortal Archives enforces a strict No Refunds, No Returns, and No Exchanges policy. Due to the high-value, rare, and specialized nature of our inventory, all transactions are final upon the clearance of payment. We do not accommodate returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or financial miscalculation.

2. Condition of Archival & Vintage Garments

We specialize in archival, vintage, and high-end luxury garments. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges the following:

• Inherent Wear: Unless explicitly stated as "Brand New," items are pre-owned. Minor signs of wear, age, or distressed detailing are inherent to the nature of archival pieces and do not constitute a defect.

• Accurate Representation: All items are rigorously validated and described to the best of our ability. High-resolution photographs are provided to document the exact condition of the item.

• Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly review all images and descriptions prior to purchase. Any inquiries regarding condition must be made before completing the transaction. Claims of an item being "Not As Described" based on standard vintage wear documented in our listings will be heavily contested with full evidence.

3. Sizing and Fit

Designer sizing—particularly within avant-garde and archival fashion—can vary drastically from standard commercial sizing (e.g., intended relaxed fits, asymmetrical cuts, or altered vintage sizing).

• Measurements Supersede Tags: We provide detailed, flat-laid measurements for our garments. Buyers must rely on these specific measurements rather than the tagged size to ensure proper fit.

• Fit Disputes: Returns or chargebacks initiated due to an item "not fitting" are strictly prohibited.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs

All items are dispatched from our headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

• Tracking and Liability: Every order is shipped with a fully trackable, signature-required service. Immortal Archives is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the courier marks the item as successfully delivered to the provided address.

• Customs and Duties: All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). The buyer assumes full responsibility for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by their destination country. Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Any attempt to bypass this binding "All Sales Final" agreement by opening a fraudulent dispute or chargeback via PayPal, a credit card issuer, or any other payment gateway will be treated as friendly fraud.

• Immortal Archives will submit all corresponding evidence—including this agreed-upon policy, tracking data with signature confirmation, pre-shipment condition photographs, and communication logs—to the payment processor to ensure the dispute is ruled in our favor.
